All rights reserved. Trackhunter takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains the steps Trackhunter takes to ensure information about you is kept secure and confidential. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. Once you use the Trackhunter application (the "App"), website (the "Website") or any other services available via them you will be deemed to have read and consented to the uses of your personal data set out in this Privacy Policy. You will also be deemed to have read and accepted this Privacy Policy and the Terms and Conditions of use. You must not use the App, Website or any services available via it if you do not accept this Privacy Policy and the Website Terms and Conditions of use. 1.0 Your Details And The Purposes For Which Information Is Used 1.1 You will need to connect your App to Facebook in order to be able to share the music you find and/or use the App on multiple devices 1.2 When connecting to Facebook you must provide Trackhunter with the following information (your "User Information"): (a) your name; (b) your Facebook id; 1.3 When subscribing to email notifications for the Blog or Podcast feeds you must provide Trackhunter with the following information (your "Subscription Information"): (a) your email address; 1.4 This information and any other information you provide to Trackhunter via the App or Website is required in order to provide you with a Trackhunter service and to inform you of any new content which is available. 1.5 After connecting the App to Facebook or Subscribing to feed notifications on the Website you must inform it of any change to your User or Subscription Information. 1.6 Trackhunter will not collect personal information about you other than which you give to us when you provide User or Subscription Information and use the App or the Website. Trackhunter may also store details of your App use for the purposes of providing a better service. Trackhunter will periodically review your personal information to ensure that it is not kept for longer than is necessary. 2.0 Passing On Your Details 2.1 Trackhunter will only pass on personal information about you to third parties to enable Trackhunter to provide the services requested by you or with your prior consent. Once you have consented you can, at any time, ask Trackhunter to cease passing on your personal information and Trackhunter will cease providing such services to you. 2.2 Trackhunter may disclose information about you if you breach this Privacy Policy or the Terms and Conditions. Trackhunter may also disclose your details if required to do so by law or requested to do so by any Governmental or law enforcement agency. 3.0 Informing you of offers and services which may be of interest 3.1 By accepting the Terms and Conditions for using this App and/or Website and providing your Subscription Information, you will be regarded as having given your consent to Trackhunter providing you with information, offers and services that may be of interest to you. For example, Trackhunter may e-mail you with information about new products or services which it thinks may be of interest to you. 3.2 Trackhunter will not disclose your personal information to third parties for the purposes of them informing you of offers or services. 4.0 Security 4.1 Keeping information about you secure is very important to Trackhunter and we follow strict procedures to keep your information secure and operate a secure server to store and collect any sensitive information about you. To this end your sensitive information is encrypted using (SSL) secure server software before it is sent to us. Whilst Trackhunter strive to protect your personal information, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure and therefore Trackhunter cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you send to Trackhunter.
